"I am beyond grateful for being selected as a Celebration of Faith Scholarship recipient! No words could ever express how thankful I am. My parents came to the United States as immigrants and worked diligently all their life for a better future. In their journey, God has remained faithful and generous. If I could list out all the blessings God has given me, it would be never-ending. Nevertheless, receiving this scholarship would be listed on it!
As I move onto the next chapter of my life, I will remember all the people that supported me. Among these people is the Central Washington Catholic Foundation. I will continue to strive for greatness and fully take advantage of this opportunity. Thank you!"

"I believe my service on the CWCF Board of Trustees arose in answer to prayer. After a bit of a hiatus from Parish life in recent years due to work obligations, a recent change in circumstances resulted in my beginning a prayerful search for a way to better serve the Lord and His Church. "I am so grateful that I have received the Celebration of Faith College scholarship. I have been struggling to figure out a way to pay for school and this will definitely help me. I attend Franciscan University of Steubenville. Not only have I been getting an authentic Catholic education but I am meeting people of other cultures and seeing how diverse the Catholic Church really is.
This year has had its bumps in the road …but this is all a part of the journey and I know that it is all in God’s plan. I have learned that if I hold firm and trust in the Lord he will guide me. None of this would be possible without the Central Washington Catholic Foundation.”
