In keeping with our mission of supporting Catholic education in Central Washington and using funds raised at the Celebration of Faith Event, we are providing grants to assist parishes with their religious education programs.

Religious Education Program Grants

The parishes, schools, and ministries serving the Diocese of Yakima are eligible to apply for funding for various needs of their religious education programs that they would not otherwise be able to fulfill.

Parishes are eligible to apply for $500 stipends for volunteer religious education coordinators with a required $500 match.

Catechist Training Grants

Apply Here

Parishes, schools, and ministries may annually request up to $750 for Catechist religious education training. Parishes may request up to $3,000 for regional or diocesan-wide training programs.
