Day 7: Community Prayer for St. Joseph’s Catholic School (Kennewick, WA)

As our Catholic schools begin the new school year, let us take some time and hold them each in prayer. Today, we celebrate St. Joseph School in Kennewick. Take a moment and remember the teachers, students, staff, and families of this community.

We pray:

Loving God,

Look upon these students, teachers, staff and parents as they begin this school year. Let the students enjoy their learning and take delight in new discoveries. Help them to persevere in their studies and give them the desire to learn all things well. Look upon these teachers. Let them strive to share their knowledge with gentle patience and endeavour always to bring the truth to eager minds. Look upon these parents. Let them trust in the guidance of your spirit as they partner with you and those whom they have entrusted their children. Grant that students, teachers, and parents alike may follow Jesus Christ, the way, the truth, and the life, forever and ever.
